We use containment protocols to prevent further spread of mold and mold spores throughout your property.
All affected materials will be removed and properly disposed of.
All sound structure remaining shall be thoroughly treated and cleaned of mold and mold stains.
Finally a combined disinfectant, virucide, bactericide, and sanitizer is applied via an industrial fogger to kill any remaining mold and mold spores in even the hardest to reach spaces.
Fogging/Sanitization
Using an Ultra Low Volume (ULV) fogger, we sanitize and improve the indoor air quality of your home or small business. The agent we use kills mold, mold spores, many viruses, and bacteria.
It is also on the EPA's N-list where: "EPA expects all products on List N to kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) when used according to the label directions."
If your home or small business contains an air conditioning/heating unit, then we will leave the system's fan running while we fog to significantly reduce if not eliminate these same pathogens within your ductwork.

Crawlspace Encapsulation
In order to protect and prevent many types of moisture-induced damages to your crawlspace in the future, you may choose to have your crawlspace encapsulated.
Ground water and varying temperature changes can create moisture build up in your crawlspace causing prime mold growing conditions.
Encapsulation wraps your foundation piers, covers both the ground and the walls up to the sill plate in plastic to keep the moisture trapped below the barrier.
We have encapsulated very tight crawlspaces - if we can physically fit, then we can do it.
Sump Pump Replacement
Sometimes, the cause of excess water in your crawlspace or basement is a defective sump pump.
We can install a new sump pump and get your system running again as well as remediate the mold!
Property Dryout
For a complete mold remediation protocol to be successful, it has to start with locating and identifying all sources of moisture that is allowing the mold to grow.
The space being treated will need to be dried out using industrial air movers, wet/dry vacs, etc., and by removing all saturated items.
Mold growth depends primarily upon water, warm temperatures, and a food source like sub flooring, drywall, food, etc.
Mold can stop growing and go dormant on surfaces in freezing temperatures, waiting for better conditions to then continue spreading again.
Water mitigation is the beginning of the end to your mold infestation.
